It has been a great opportunity to be able to learn about Tai Chi at Rothrock's. The online classes have been a great way to stay in shape and stay active even while being stuck indoors. The instructors are very knowledgeable. The weekly improvements to mood, patience, flexibility, balance, posture are obvious to me. One neat thing about Tai Chi is that is always able to give back as much as I put into it. I would highly recommend this artform to anyone.
